The Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET) with support from the Ghana Skills Development Initiative (GSDI) has developed a Gender Strategy to govern the operations of TVET in the Council and its stakeholders.
The process for the development of this document has travelled through various stages (brainstorming, data collection, field visits, review of various gender documents etc.) and a draft has been produced. On 26th February the validation of the draft Gender Strategy for COTVET took place.
