10 Trade Associations with 22 participants, mainly TA presidents and executives, attended a strategic planning workshop from 24th – 27th March.
Objective of the 3.5 day workshop was to enable the TA´s to develop individual strategic and activity plans. The workshop focussed to 5 basic modules, such as mission, vision, values; assessment of external and internal situation; strategy formulation and activity planning; communication and budget plan, and evaluation of implementation and success.
