From March 24 until 28, 2014 the Ghana Skills Development Initiative (GSDI) performed a training for teaching staff in Accra. National and international trainers conducted a workshop on modern teaching approaches and Competency-Based-Training (CBT) to further develop the capacities of teachers, trainers and facilitators. The participants from various Training Providers are supposed to contribute to the implemantation of the CBT concept in the informal sector in Ghana in GSDI's three pilot regions
