Output 2 – Empowering TVET Facilitators: The competences of TVET staff for the application of competency-based training are strengthened.

This output focuses on nurturing the skills of TVET staff. Imagine a metamorphosis from traditional to Competency-Based Training, aligning with Ghana’s reform priorities. Our protagonists: teachers, facilitators, and school management. Witness the magic as AAMUSTED integrates e-learning, green competences, and gender-transformative practices.

Indicators:

Output indicator 2.1

3,200 trained persons, including at least 850 women, rated 1 or 2 on a scale of 1-4 that their skills for designing and implementing competence-based training have increased, taking into account digital and sustainability aspects.

Output indicator 2.2

2,400 in- company trainers, including at least 700 women, have successfully completed further training for in-company trainers.
